【About Stay】

What is the maximum capacity?

Maximum capacity is 11 people.
There are 2 double beds, 3 single beds, and 2 double futons (tatami loft).

Regarding check-in and check-out times

Check-in time is from 15:00 to 18:00.
Check-out time is at 11:00. Please enjoy your stay.

About cancellation fee

A cancellation charge of 30% from 14 days before and 100% from 7 days before

Regarding early check-in and late check-out

We are sorry, but we do not accept early check-in or late check-out.

About smoking

Smoking is prohibited in the room, but you can smoke in the smoking area on the pool deck. Ashtray is also available in the smoking area.

About baby chairs and crib

1 baby chair is available, but there is no baby bed. Please sleep on the lower Tatami loft bed.

Can I bring in food/drinks?

Feel free to bring your own. You can freely use the kitchen and tableware in the facility.

【Pool/Sauna】

Is the pool heated?

The water temperature is set at 28 degrees from the end of April to the end of October. From November to the end of April, please use it as a water bath after the sauna.

Do you have swimming floaties?

Yes, we have. Available poolside from the end of April to the end of October.

How many people can use the sauna at once?

There are two benches, making it ideal for 4 people. For groups of 5 or more, please take turns using the sauna, open-air hot spring bath, pool, and daybed.

Can I do Löyly (steaming)?

Yes, it is possible. Aromas are also available.

Is there a usage time?

In order to be considerate of the neighborhood, the pool and sauna can only be used until 9:00 pm.

Yes, we offer a bottle of water free of charge.

Can I buy drinks in the hotel?

They are not sold inside the facility. Please use the convenience store “Yamazaki Y Shop” next door (business hours 8:00 to 22:00, closed on Sundays).

【About Location】

Where is the location?

Our facility is a 13-minute walk, 5-minute drive, or approximately 700 yen by taxi ride from Hakone-Yumoto Station on the Odakyu Line. 1 minute walk from Hakone Tozan Bus stop “Sogado Ue”.

About parking lot

Free parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.
There is also an EV charging outlet you can use free of charge. It’s on request.
( 200V normal charging unit / please bring your own charging cable).

About the nearest supermarket/convenience store

・Yamazaki Y Shop is next door to our facility
・Family Mart is about 6 minutes on foot from our villa.
・Supermarket “Pantry Itabashi” is the closest supermarket to our facility. About 10 minutes by car.

Can I request a taxi to be called for me?

We do not provide taxi arrangement services. Due to a chronic shortage of taxis in the Hakone Yumoto area, if you wish to take a taxi, we kindly ask that you make your own reservation well in advance to ensure availability.

Does it snow in winter?

Hakone Yumoto has an elevation of about 95 meters, so it has a climate close to flatland. Snow accumulation is minimal, allowing you to use normal tires for your visit. However, if you plan to extend your journey to tourist spots like Lake Ashi or Gora, be cautious of road freezing and snow accumulation. In such cases, we recommend preparing snow tires or chains.

Is it possible to pay locally?

Accommodation fee can only be paid in advance by credit card.

【About pets】

Only dogs finished potty training are allowed. 1 Large dog or 2 small dogs can stay. Please let us know in advance.

Is there a charge for staying with pets?

It is free of charge.

Notes on pet use

Please do not put pets on the bed.
If your pet soils the bed, you will be charged a cleaning fee.
If your pet urinating inside without sheet, please clean it yourself. Also, be sure to let the staff know where the trouble occurred.
Limited to dogs that have been vaccinated against rabies
Please clean your pet’s paws before entering the room after returning from a walk.

Can dogs get into the swimming pool？

Sorry, pets are not allowed in the pool.

【Others】

Can we play with small fireworks or sparklers？

Fireworks are prohibited on the premises.
